Vackpoint reserves the right to revoke or suspend API access if unauthorized use or suspicious activity is detected.

2. Permitted Use of the API

The Vackpoint API may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with this policy.

Developers may use the API to:

• Integrate their applications with Vackpoint services

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension of API access.

To ensure system stability and fair access for all users, Vackpoint may implement API rate limits.

Developers must ensure that their applications do not exceed these limits or create excessive traffic that may disrupt the platform.

Vackpoint reserves the right to temporarily block API requests that exceed acceptable usage levels.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

Developers using the Vackpoint API must respect user privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws including UK GDPR and other relevant regulations.

API data may only be used for the purpose for which it was authorized. Developers must not store, share, or process personal data beyond what is necessary for the approved functionality.

6. Changes and API Updates

Vackpoint may modify, update, or discontinue API features at any time in order to improve security, performance, or compliance.

Developers will be notified of significant changes when possible, but it is the developer’s responsibility to keep their integration up to date.

7. Termination of API Access

Vackpoint reserves the right to suspend or terminate API access for any developer or organization that violates this policy or threatens the security of the platform.

Termination may occur without prior notice in cases of severe misuse or security risks.
